Location visible to members
I'm going to start brewing a 5-gal batch of Belgian golden ale on Saturday morning. This is not a lecture, so stop by and chat with me about brewing beer whenever you like, and see the process in various stages of action. We might also talk about fermentation bioreactors, brewing in space, or making crazy beers out of ancient grains or genetically modified yeast... who knows!
I'll be set up right outside the laboratory from late morning until late afternoon.
