Public speaking is an extremely common phobia, and for good reason! Before stepping up to the plate to deliver that big presentation, or speech, or pitch (or whatever else), almost everyone gets hit by adrenaline, anxiety, and fear.
But don't be afraid! Because we're here to help. You'll walk away from this intensive workshop with the knowledge of how to connect with your audience, how to tell a story, how to organize and structure your content, how to leverage body language to support you, how to avoid body language that cuts you down, tips and tricks to prevent those "um"s and "uh"s, techniques to slow you down, and MUCH more!
Stacee Mandeville is the founder of Red Leaf Coaching, and has been coaching her students on oratory excellence for far longer than her youthful exhuberance would lead you to believe. She works with high level executives on almost every continent from large companies like JP Morgan, Merck, HP, Citi Group, GE, and Deutche Bank--but she also has lots of experience in startups as a mentor at Startup Institute, ProtoHack, and for a number of startups in the NYC area.
Stacee will be focusing on body language and delivery.
Amos Schorr is a failed startup founder and the director of ProtoHack NYC. He's run a lot of events and workshops--including a number of pitch workshops--and has helped hundreds of people craft stronger pitches and tell more compelling stories.
