Consent & Sexuality 101: From People-Pleasing to Claiming Your Desire

Details

Free Online Workshop with Kiki Grace & Jason Goode

Most of us were never taught how to talk about sex—let alone how to say no, ask for what we want, or negotiate desire in a way that feels empowering.

Instead, we were taught to please others, to perform, or to stay silent.
This workshop is about changing that.

Consent & Sexuality 101 is where shame gives way to clarity, and where desire becomes a source of power—not something to hide, minimize, or be afraid of.

***

### In this workshop, you’ll leave with:

💎The understanding that your desires are a place of power—not shame
💎Tools for bringing consent and clear agreements into the bedroom
💎An understanding that consent is sexy, connective, and deeply relational
💎Skills to navigate “risky” desires with clarity and care

***

### This is for you if:

❤️‍🔥 You’re healing from sexual shame, trauma, or powerlessness
❤️‍🔥 You want to move from self-abandonment to self-honouring
❤️‍🔥 You crave more confidence, clarity, and consent in your intimate life
❤️‍🔥 You’ve ever struggled to say what you want—or to say “no” when it mattered
❤️‍🔥 You’re ready to explore what turns you on without apology

***

### What to Expect:

🌀 Live demo of how to negotiate desires (including high-stakes or ones that feel risky)
🌀 Practical tools for applying the Wheel of Consent in real-life bedroom scenarios
🌀 Reflection, guided discussion, and space to learn without pressure
🌀 Real talk in a trauma-informed, shame-free space

***

⚠️ If possible, we recommend attending our Embodied Consent workshop first—it lays the groundwork for what we’ll explore here.

➡️Come on your own or with a partner
➡️No personal sharing required
➡️Cameras optional

🔔 Trigger Warning: This workshop includes open, respectful discussion of sexuality, boundaries, desire, and sexual trauma. We’ll be speaking directly and compassionately about topics that can be activating. Please take care of yourself before, during, and after the session. Your triggers are valid and it’s also your responsibility to tend to them. We’re here to support your agency, not override it.
