This meetup is for change makers, service designers, UX designers, entrepreneurs and all other people who feel customer centricity is really important. In this meetup we share insights and explore opportunities to design the complete customer experience. Together we learn what it takes to create amazing experiences that go beyond a nice web interface or store front. We want to engage, to surprise and to integrate. In short: how do you design all the relevant aspects of an organisation so that the customer (or citizen) and her experience are really at the centre of it all?
