Regular meetup for people who want to learn self defence with Wrestling (Not pro wrestling WWE etc). Come and learn self defence, get fit and meet new people.
Experience required
No previous experience is required anyone is welcome.
Location
Classes will be held outside in Campo dos Mártires da Pátria (on the grass next to the dog park)
Language
English but can explain anything in Portugese if needed.
Price
€5 per class
Equipment
No equipment needed just bring comfortable clothes and water. Note don't bring your best clothes as they may get dirty.
Who's teaching
The group will be taught by veteran Portugese Wrestler Carlos Goshi Nunes. With over 30yrs experience in Olympic/Freestyle/Greco Roman wrestling. He is also a brown belt in brazillian jiujitsu and a professional MMA referee.
