We are all about getting rid of our fears and practicing public speaking. We have a very friendly, supportive and non-judgmental environment, which means we encourage people to make mistakes here and learn from them.
Shy, anxious and introverted individuals are most welcome!
These sessions will have a very structured and practical approach giving the speakers plenty of opportunities to speak. We believe practice makes perfect. Everyone is welcome whatever your background or level, the important thing is to have fun experimenting with how it feels to have 'your guard' down.
A usual session follows the structure of first having warm-ups and activities to help overcome fear, after which there will be speaking exercises. At the end of each speech, the class will, primarily, discuss the strengths of the speaker, followed by potential areas for improvement.
No one will be forced to participate, there will be a strictly supportive and welcoming environment.
