Re: [python-185] Helping Maik preparing the meetups

Hello everybody,
sorry for the message about English being a more professional language than others: I expressed myself in a wrong way.

What I meant with that, is that the fact that we did our previous meetups in English has lead to some professional advantages for some of us in the past. I remember a couple of cases when talent scouts from international companies came to a meeting to look for people to contract, and I also refer to some international-fame speaker came to give a talk to the group.

I am sorry to have caused all this discussion, but really, take into account that I just expressed myself wrong. I can speak both Spanish and English, and it doesn't matter for me if you prefer to use one or either, or Catalan. Also, this discussion proved that we all more or less agree on this matter, so maybe we should move forward.

I guess that the fact that we just had our first flame in much time is a good sign that the community is active, and soon we will have some good meetups. :-)

I only went to a couple of meetings... I found them quite interesting.
I was thinking of trying to find the time to go to the next one, but
with this kind of attitude, I think I'll give the whole thing a
miss...

goodbye and put your aggressive and insulting language in your dog's
ass as well.
