What we're about

Please read our code of conduct here: https://pyatl.dev/code-of-conduct/

PyAtl meets every month in Atlanta for presentations and discussion about Python, the powerful and easy-to-use programming language. Every meeting tries to include something for beginners, and also to tackle advanced topics for seasoned developers. We are all learning, so don't be shy about attending, no matter your experience level! Come discover the feeling of community that emerges when people step forward from behind their blogs and keyboards to talk about their favorite programming language.
We are currently reorganizing the structure of our meetup group. Read about the Steering Commitee Positions here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1vUCauRSgNrcxz6wZghXFRb1KUe34hev-M444y8_A9Dk/edit?usp=sharing

Participation is free, unless otherwise noted for special events.
We also have a discord server where you can talk to other locals about python, or ask your python questions!
https://pyatl.dev/discord
If you're just starting to learn Python, we maintain a list of resources to help.
If you're looking for Python programmers, we want to help! Please see our Consultants list and Recruiter and Job Listing policy for details.

Jam Session Meetup

Needs a location

Note: This event is NOT at Manuel's Tavern

Join us for the much beloved Jam Session!

At this event we will look at a programming problem, spend a couple of hours working on our own solutions, then let everyone share how they approached the problem. So bring your laptop and be ready to code!

We'd like to thank our hosts KITTLabs for providing the space for this meetup. If you're looking for a co-working space, be sure to talk to them about what they offer!
