What we're about
Please join us in bringing your enthusiasm for self-tracking and self-experiment! You, your graphs, spreadsheets, biometric devices, practical solutions and crazy notions are all welcome. We'll have a social/networking hour from 6 pm to 7 pm, followed by a series of short 5-10 minute talks. We believe in living healthier, happier and more productive lives through quantitative means.
