This month we're going to work on seated and/or sports massage. This is done fully clothed, without any oils or lotions. The idea is to be able to learn some basic strokes that you can use on another person (family member or close friend) who is seated (say, at a desk or table) to ease tension in their neck, shoulders and back, Depending on the number of people who attend, we will probably be practicing on each other so plan accordingly. Bring paper and pen to take notes if you wish.
