Quantified Self Show & Tell #9

Quantified Self is "self-knowledge through numbers".  Tracking, feedback, goals, little self-improvement projects, come share your experiences using technology for personal growth.  Found a great new iPhone app for tracking?  Using simple pen and paper to track your love life?  Enjoying a better you thanks to tweeting?  Whatever it is, come share with others and learn from their experience as well.  Or come just to watch - sharing not required if you're just curious to see what this is about!

Meeting structure:
7:00-7:30pm: informal networking either downstairs or upstairs outside the Thompson Block
7:30-7:45pm: we move into the Thompson Block meeting room upstairs, do our quick "three words about yourself" introduction round
7:45-9:00pm: show and tell, people give brief (10-20 minute) presentations with extensive Q&A from the crowd

Hope to see you there.

Had fun! Picked up a few ideas - want to build that XP tracking system into my tool.

Gave the second (time tracking) speaker waaaay too long, otherwise great meetup. Perhaps cap the talks to 15 mins max?
