Knowing yourself through data and being able to make changes to maximize performance.

Please describe your work or interests and how they relate to Quantified Self

My work for the past 10 years has been overseas in various emerging democracies, practicing what I call "extreme democracy promotion". So there's not much about QS in there. But I have an abiding interest in data in general.

Are you currently tracking anything? What would you like to learn how to track?
