What we’re about
The Singapore river is a delight for the runner. Despite the tropical weather, the Quay runner is rewarded with a veritable Instagram feed of sights, culture, and city life, particularly on a Saturday evening. This is the perfect warm up both for your mind and body before a night out on town.
We run every Saturday evening on the 3 Quays and a Lion Route, a 10K run, which covers the 3 Quays (Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay), the famous Merlion, going all the way to Marina Bay Sands and even kissing the bay for good measure.
Running at a 6-6:30 min/rate, this is for the intermediate runner.
Meeting point (and end point): Great World MRT Exit 2 (next to Alexandra Canal/ beginning of Singapore River)
Time: Saturday: 5:45 pm (Run begins at 6 sharp). End by around 7, 730pm
Guided by Utkarsh, a River Valley native, who has been running on the Singapore river for the past 15 years
