Before meeting, create a Google+ account. Add [masked] to your friends list (any Google+ circle), or send an email stating which address you wished to be called upon.
Members who regularly attend will be automatically called 10-15 minutes before the meeting's start time (Google Hangouts/Google+). Once the call has been started, the direct link will be posted within a comment for that meeting's calendar event. Should you miss the original call, you may use the direct link to join the call.
For first time visitors:

• Test your video, audio speakers, webcam, and/or mic BEFORE the meeting starts. The live meeting is not the place for testing your hardware setup.
• Unless you are a presenter, you don't need a working mic or webcam. You may just watch the presentation and use the built-in chat window to ask/answer questions.
