NOTE: THE DATE OF THIS MEETUP HAS CHANGED TO SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 17.

Join us Sunday February 17 when we watch a gorgeous 70 mm print of Mexican director Alfonso Cuaron's award-winning new film, "Roma."

"The film follows Cleo (Yalitza Aparicio), a young domestic worker for a family in the middle-class neighborhood of Roma in Mexico City. Crafting the story from his childhood, Cuarón creates a vivid and emotional portrait of domestic strife and social hierarchy amidst political turmoil of the 1970s. Shot in 65mm and evocative black & white, Cuarón's marvelous film needs to be experienced on the Castro’s glorious widescreen for full impact." --Program notes
