This class is for all levels. If you are new to Kundalini Yoga, welcome! If you are an advanced student, I invite you to deepen your practice. What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient spiritual technology that utilizes postures, movement, breathing techniques and mantras to balance the glandular system and nervous system, improve flexibility, increase awareness, strengthen the organs and help us experience our spiritual identity. Kundalini Yoga harmonizes mind, body and spirit so we become more aware of and attuned to the physical body, our spiritual nature, and our thought patterns and emotions.

Each Kundalini Yoga class consists of warm-up exercises, a kriya (a series of postures, breath, and sound that work towards a specific outcome), deep relaxation, and a meditation.
If you have one, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and head covering (bandana, beanie, scarf, turban, etc., head covering is optional). The studio has plenty of yoga mats, bolsters and pillows if you don't have one! Please come as you are.
Introductory Specials : $25 for 2 weeks or $11 for your first class (for first-time students only).
Single Class price is $17.
