North Raleigh Pick o' the Litter Cleanup

Led by Heather, another even numbered month means we'll focus on stretches of roadway but this pick will be in a more heavily littered commercial area that has roads, parking lots, woods & open space. Wake Forest - just north of Main Street (1 Alt/Business) and east of Capital Blvd (Route 1). We'll meet centrally and spread out by foot to canvas the whole area and make a big impact!

We are capped at 20 adult volunteers, only ages 16 and up. All materials are provided. A few days in advance, if the forecast suggests a blazin' hot day, we'll query you all before making the call whether to move the start time one hour earlier to 8am. Gatorade plus snacks ideally suited to weather and timing (before or after) will be provided.
