(Previous attendees who are comfortable with the Intro class - see note below on special topics of Troubleshooting and Problem Solving!)
At 1pm, we'll cover and practice the basics of learning to think by following the natural impulses of your mind. You'll learn about working with your natural thought flow and how it can be extended, directed, reflected upon and resumed once you "think" you've run out of ideas. All of this is accomplished by externalizing your thoughts in real-time.
Once you've picked up this skill, you'll have more insights, more ideas, gain better perspectives and better separate yourself from emotions.
This is a very new science-evidenced process that involves learning to "physicalize" your thoughts. It is a priceless skill to learn. Until you've feel comfortable in this skill, it's recommended you repeat the Intro class for practice. When you feel dialed into the skill, come at 3:30 to learn how to leverage it in amazing new ways!
The meetup will be workshop style so bring a pen and paper for notes!
For attendees who are comfortable with the basic skill - come at 3:30pm and we'll do 2 things: I'll review each person's use of the process and troubleshoot any issues I find. Much has happened in the last couple of months and I can now better help you experience and intensify the core experience - so don't miss this! Plus, we'll also look at how to use the skill for general problem solving and problems involving multiple choices. This is a lot to cover so plan for 2 hours!
Note on location: The location is in Pleasant Hill, not Concord -- a critical distinction for GPS systems! It's two blocks down from Highway 680. After exiting the freeway, go East (the only option), pass the first stoplight (Buskirk Ave) and it will be on the right hand side. Look for the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy sign and turn into that driveway.
Refunds are not offered for this Meetup.
