What is a raw vegan?

Raw Veganism is a diet that combines the concepts of veganism and raw foodism. It excludes all food and products of animal origin, as well as food cooked at a temperature above 48 °C (118 °F).
A raw vegan diet includes raw vegetables and fruits, nuts and nut pastes, grain and legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea vegetables, herbs, and fresh juices. There are many different versions of the diet, including fruitarianism, juicearianism, and sproutarianism. For the most part fruits and veggies from the basic whole food form to incredible complex delights.
Don't let the definition scare you away but spark your curiosity!!
Raw Living Foods better known to some as a plant based diet is full of exciting flavors and vibrant colors not to mention the health benefits.
We are a potluck group so please bring a dish.
Plates ,cups and silverware will be provided there is no fee to attend.
