• The Pittsburgh Juice Company is hosting another amazing Raw Food Vegan Dinner as part of their Vegan Dinner Series this upcoming Saturday evening beginning at 7:30pm.
I can't make it to this one because unfortunately, I will be out of town at a work conference all week. If I was in town, however, I would drop everything and go to this dinner.
I attended the last one that they had and it was amazing. It was probably the best raw food gourmet meal I have ever had in all of my years of enjoying this way of eating. Their raw food chef is outstanding and the guests were so friendly. I made many new friends at this event.
Please don't miss an opportunity to enjoy a lovely dinner. It is worth every penny.

Opening concert by University of Pittsburgh Gamelan Ensemble (8-10 piece band) : The University of Pittsburgh Gamelan Ensemble plays the gamelan music of the Sundanese people, an ethnic group that inhabits roughly the western third of the island of Java.
Gamelan refers to a set of predominantly percussion instruments including tuned gongs, metal-keyed instruments, and drums (as well as bowed lute and voice). Gamelan music is played as accompaniment to dance, drama, puppet theater, and martial arts, as well as for concerts of listening music. Gamelan is performed in conjunction with special occasions and to mark important life-cycle event.
Mid summer is the perfect time to gather together and enjoy a raw food feast!
Many thanks go to Sally and Rick of Murrysville, for offering their home to us for a raw food pot luck dinner. This will be a great time for us to get together to discuss all that is happening and ideas to help continue to inspire us to include healing and energizing raw foods into our diet.
At the gathering, I will speak about the latest research on the benefits of raw foods and possibly talk about ways to make it easy to incorporate into your life.
The event is free but you must bring a raw food (vegan) dish or juice or smoothie etc... per person attending to share with the group. This will certainly be one of the best meals we will all enjoy this month.
Take care and we look forward to seeing you soon!
