Part A: 2pm - 2.45pm
Learning to overcome reacting to what is happening around us as well as within us many find quite challenging and frustrating at times.
Wouldn't it be more peaceful for you to be able to just observe and see things as they really are with a quiet and attentive mind?
At December meeting (last one this year) Rado Trenciansky & Hana Rubinstejnova will share their recent experience from a silent 10 day meditation retreat in Pomona on the Sunshine Coast.
Hana will talk about the Food for Thoughts alias light food towards light energies. How does food and other earthy pleasures and needs affect the practice of meditation? Are there any specific foods that one should eat or avoid while meditating? Is there the best recipe for successful meditation practice out there? If time permits Hana may share her recent experience of unusually rapid transfer to and through various planes of consciousness and merging with the oneness of the universe in an extraordinary fast meditation practice.
Short demonstration of simple meditation technique will be included.

Part B: 3pm - 3.30pm
Danielle Rodgers, Independent Health Researcher has recently published and launched exciting e-book called "How Fasting Changed My Life" that came about when she discovered the power of fasting through her mother's illness.
Danielle will share with us her tips and ideas about food and health through fasting.
Part C: 3.30pm - 5pm
Open discussion. What are your recent personal experiences, learnings, breakthroughs and challenges with health and well being? What is it that you would like to share with the group helping us understand?
Open discussion will be followed by Potluck Christmas Celebration and the first year anniversary celebration of our group. Please bring small dish of vegetarian/vegan food (preferably raw) to be shared among the group.
