Please help us get to know you by answering the following questions: how long have you been eating raw?

I went to a great juice cleanse in Costa Rica for 7 days and learned a lot about raw food. That was three weeks ago and I'm not craving more information and hope to get more recipes and ideas how to incorporate raw food into my daily office life.

Why are you interested in raw food?

Well it tastes really good and clearly it is much better for you than McDonalds so the choice is an obvious one. I'm mostly interested to learn how I can prepare meals for the week, spend time once or twice per week preparing rather than having to stand in the kitchen each night to prep for the next day.

What is your favorite raw food?

I didn't make a lot yet but I just made zucchini pasta with pesto sauce which was AMAZING!! So yummy!! I'll probably bring that with me for my first 'meetup'
