Join Sarah Eve Cardell of Dharma Yoga Center at Bouley Botanical for a special yoga including freshly pressed juices and house-made herbal teas by Chef David Bouley.

Class will also feature LIVE MUSIC by Dawoud Kringle!! ( (

The class will include asanas (yoga physical postures), guided breathing techniques, and a blissful relaxation to allow for stillness of the mind and healing of the body.

The class is perfect for all levels. Kids welcome too!

Sarah Eve Cardell is a gourmet vegan chef, yoga teacher, and healer enthusiastic about living a healthy and vibrant life and inspiring others to do so too! Sarah Eve finds that combining organic healthful food along with meditation and yoga, one can achieve balanced whole body wellness. Through her personal journey Sarah has discovered the powerful benefits of yoga including increased energy, weight maintenance, a reduced risk of illness, and greater compassion for oneself and others. She completed the LOAY 200-Hour Teacher Training in Israel with Sri Dharma Mittra in 2010 and has been continually inspired by his advice to follow a vegan and raw lifestyle. Sarah Eve infuses the traditional teachings of yoga with shamanic and modern health techniques as she joyfully prepares gourmet raw and cooked vegan food for private clients as well as large events and parties. She leads drum meditations and teaches cooking classes and yoga with love, in honor of Sri Dharma.

Dawoud Kringle is a multi instrumentalist, composer, and band leader of the ensemble Renegade Sufi. His work on the sitar and dilruba and his experiments with applying jazz technique and electronics to the traditional approach are in many ways unprecedented. Described by Italian writer Kristin Parascondolo as "The Jimi Hendrix of the sitar," Dawoud seeks to extend the boundaries of the instrument. He has performed in the US and Europe, and has enjoyed radio airplay in the US, Europe, Russia, and Indonesia. Dawoud is also an accomplished guitarist, bassist, and has composed for film, theater, and dance performances; he conducts music meditation session and improvises music for yoga and martial arts classes. He is also writes for several online publications, published a Sufi science Fiction novel, and is at work on his second novel, and a textbook on music.
