I have been juicing for a few years and love salads, but that is the extent of my raw food repertoire. I'm looking forward to learning more!
Hi- I am a women's health advocate and an almost 9 year cancer survivor. I am always seeking ways to improve my own health and also help others gain information to improve theirs too. Incorporating more raw foods in my diet is a goal for 2013.
