Fern’s Carrot Cabbage Kale Salad

Fern’s Carrot Cabbage Kale Salad

2 cups carrots, grated

2 cups green cabbage, grated

1 cup kale, finely chopped

5 tbsp. olive oil

5 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

5 tbsp. shoyu soy sauce

4 cloves garlic

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 cup raisins or sultanas

1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons dulse flakes



Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix together thoroughly. Chill and serve.
