DC Metro Ready for Love brings together adults who want to grow individually and together as a support community as they learn to sidestep unfinished business, break old patterns and naturally attract healthier love connections. Our Members know that personal growth is never over and we are all works in progress, trying to:
• Understand where we've gotten stuck in the past so we can break free of old baggage once and for all
• Find and consistently show up as our very best selves in new encounters
• Experience greater intimacy and security in our love, family, social and professional relationships.
Facilitated by Mark Bottinick, a Silver Spring psychotherapist and Life Coach for more than 20 years, this group has kindness, humor and a commitment to personal growth at its center.
