Rehabbing costs will likely be your biggest out of pocket expense, and it comes into play throughout your investing career, and no matter what investment strategy you use. In some cases, your rehab expenses might even be MORE than what you pay for a property. You cannot know too much, have too many resources, or have too many good contractors on your team.

This topic simply has too much material to cover in ONE session, so we will do it over TWO sessions. During this fast paced session, we'll focus on some of the fundamentals that are often overlooked or under utilized by the average investor. It never ceases to amaze me as to how unprepared most investors are when it comes to this part of the business.

During this session, you'll learn:

  • How to research and write a Scope of Work.
  • How to create and monitor Project Management.
  • How to find great contractors and build bench strength.
  • Financing Options
  • Additional resources.

Obviously, in just an hour, this is not a comprehensive course, but it will help you to get in the disciplined habits of Rehab analysis, planning, and execution.

WHAT IS A LASER CLASS?
A Laser Class is a fast paced, information filled 50 minute session, designed to give you an Overview of the topic, a quick, deep dive of the most important whats, whys, and hows, Resources for further study, and Action Steps to take TODAY! There is a lot of information, and Cheat Sheets are provided to help you remember what you learn.

WHAT IS SPEED NETWORKING?
Networking is Team Building, and you need to develop the discipline to communicate quickly and confidently. We TEACH you how to improve your Networking Skills while networking.

WHAT IS DEAL OR NO DEAL?
We’ll review the weekly Hotsheet of NEW Foreclosure and Multi Family listings NEW on the market, and select one of them for an “On the fly” LIVE analysis to determine whether or not it is a good opportunity or not, along with why or why not. It’s a great exercise to practice your analysis skills.
