This group is specifically designed to allow budget-minded entrepreneurs to obtain the coaching they need in real estate investment. The real estate market has changed significantly over the last 15 years and there is more opportunity than ever before. But with that opportunity comes a lot of competition, so obtaining the right training and mentoring will give new investors the competitive edge they desire. Unfortunately, there is no shortage of gurus and infomercials offering training courses and seminars that touch upon real estate investment but most of those fall short of teaching the actual "how to" mechanics. Adding insult to injury, these courses are offered at 10's of thousands of dollars and typically lack the practical hands on approach that is needed for new real estate investors. Don't get me wrong, when it comes to being successful in real estate, I think that knowledge is more important than money; so making an investment in education is crucial. However, caution should be applied when choosing how and WHO you will pay for training. There are a few key factors that are important when choosing a mentor: 1. They should be actively investing in real estate. Paying for a mentoring program, regardless of the effectiveness of the "curriculum" is practically worthless, because specific coaching is needed "where the rubber meets the road". IF your mentor can only be reached by phone per se, or if your coaches’ primary income comes from coaching, then there's usually a problem. WHY? Because the best mentor will make the majority of their money doing deals NOT coaching. 2. If your interests are not in line with your mentor’s interests then you should NOT hire them. An ideal situation in any coaching setup would be that the more you make on real estate deals, the MORE YOUR MENTOR will make. If your mentor does not share profits on deals they coach you on, then what incentive do they have for you to be successful? 3. I have found in my 14-year career as a full-time investor that knowing what to do is half the battle. Not everybody that knows how to play basketball is Michael Jordan. There are many courses and books available that teach real estate concepts but having someone you can model and be accountable to is usually the difference between failure and success in real estate investment. Take it from Bill Gates, "Everyone needs a coach. It doesn't matter whether you're a basketball player, a tennis player, a gymnast or a bridge player."

This group was formed specifically for those that need a coach but can’t afford high coaching fees. Many people that come to our free real estate investment club have asked how they can obtain more regular training and this mastermind group is the answer to that. I moderate the group and provide all of the training in a regular group setting and help to follow up with help that you need on your individual deals. Buy doing the training as a group you can still receive hands on help but have the benefit of cost sharing with others to bring the price of coaching down to a more reasonable price. All meetings are done as a group and we promote a network of like minded individuals that help each other out with getting real estate transactions done. If you have more questions about this group training you can call me at 480-352-8222.
