HOSTING GUIDELINE
Who
-Is there a limit of attendance?
-If limit passed, remind newer members to follow up to lessen chance of flakes and gain more room for the waiting.

What
-What will we do?
-What will we NEED to do? (ex. Cleaning up afterwards)
-What should we bring?
-Will we need money? If so, how much?
-Is there a time limit? (ex. Tickets online, discounts)
-Will people pay host to get the tickets?
-Be very clear of what they are paying for.
-Make sure to get money beforehand and make a due date to prevent confusion. (Don't recommend to do this with people you aren't familiar or comfortable with to prevent possible complications)

Where
-Where will we meet? (Ex. Under specific tree, red ribbon, etc)
-No address? Put approx. location (City name)

When
-No time? Put approx. time and notify on description that it is not a set or confirmed date. (Put 2 months later if you have no idea)

Communication
-Who to contact?
-Phone number clearly visible and easy to spot?
-Large groups? Have few people in charge of smaller groups. (Ex. Group of 15. Split into 5 each. 3 People in each in charge of communicating with each other)

Responsibility.
-Ask for help if needed.
-Split up responsibilities. It will make your life much easier.
-Don't be too hard on yourself. No one is forcing you to be a host nor will they judge you for making a mistake. We all make mistakes.
