Open to women, nonbinary people, and transgender people in recovery.

People in Recovery includes:
* those working on Substance Use Recovery
* those working on mental health Recovery
* those working on a physical Recovery who are able to hike
* those who are looking to improve their wellbeing but define in another way than already listed

****Your Recovery begins when you say it does. We embrace all Recovery paths and are not abstinence based. You are welcome if you are using substances. We ask that substances are not brought to hikes. ****
