Join me, Steve Jaynes, for an enjoyable hour of meditation and enlightened discussion! We will explore working with the Light and our individual Power Animal. This beautiful being will offer us comfort and Energy as I guide us to the 7th plane of existence. Here we will experience the Frequency and Energy of the Source of All that Is.

First time meditators are welcome, I will offer easy to follow and understand concepts that assure success.

I have offered and worked with this format in Southern NH and the Albuquerque area of NM for a number of years, and people of all ages employ these techniques to meditate and move forward spiritually with great results.
