Will you be interested on hiking during the week after work?

Absolutely. I may not be able to make the 5pm time since I work til 6 and traffic is a bear. I have to leave around 4 to get to the park. If the time moved to 6 I could slip out at five and it not be a problem.

What is the most convenient day and time to hike?

Tuesday through Thrusday evenings. I have a big dog too and it would be great if he cold join us...that is if it doesn't disturb the little creatures we may see on the way.

Because hiking is so much more fun than the stair master at the gym. Seriously, NC has so much to offer outdoors. My faithful Newfy, Placido and I go on our own all the time and it would be fun to go with a group. Placido doesn't talk much.

What Suze Q is saying about this Meetup Group

Reedy Creek is a beautiful park and the staff know their stuff. Just walking from the parking area to the center you can encounter a white tailed deer. Be prepared for this kind of thing. They are not shy. Hiking is great exercise and at any pace it is well worth it. This park is more than 300 acres and offers an opporunity to shed the stress from a hard work day.
