Great panel discussion. As an up-an-coming business owner, during this meeting I discovered that my Social Media strategy needs some fine tuning, lol.

It was interesting to learn the perspective of employers when hiring. I'm not exactly intern material anymore and I'm not the one teaching social media to kids; but I know these advertising companies look for the same thing in full-time applicants as they do in their interns. It was also great to get a glimpse into these advertising agencies here in Tallahassee because I've always wanted to work for one of them. I found it interesting to see the diversity in each company, and the surprisingly different ways they approach their work.

That was the representative of nearly every media firm in the city. Holy crap!
