**What you can expect**
Every Sunday morning, we gather in Oosterpark for an energizing experience that blends movement, music, and mindful connection. Our sessions begin with gentle stretching to awaken your body, transition into a light run through the park, and ending with free-flowing dance guided by curated playlists through silent disco headphones.

This unique format allows you to move at your own pace while still feeling part of a collective, uplifting, energy. Whether you're seeking exercise, community, or simply a joyful way to start your Sunday, our sessions offer a space to celebrate movement without judgment.

\- ​​We start at 11:00 and will move in the park
\- ​Arrive on time to pick up a headphone
\- You can leave your belongings in a locker
\- Wear warm comfortable clothes and gloves
