Saturday Morning Cardio Fit Camp
We have changed this class up a little to focus more on Cardio type exercises to get our heart rate up and burn calories. We will still have some resistance band and weight training, but just not as much. Come on out and check it out !

If you Live in Northern Virginia, or are just visiting, come check out our Awesome Fit Camp Classes

Held twice a week in the Herndon / Reston area, we get together for 1 hour workout sessions called "Fit Camps". Its a Total Body workout suitable for all abilities guaranteed to burn calories and help you build muscle. These workouts are mostly body weight centered, but do often include resistance bands and carpet pads.

Our environment is non competitive and fun, where you are only competing against yourself to get the best possible results.

Prior to you 1st workout, come a little early for your quick health evaluation. Here you can learn your BMI and % Body Fat to see where your at.

As everyone knows, the most important part of any workout is making sure you have lean protein within 30 minutes. Therefore, we also offer an optional recovery shake at $5 ea. These shakes will help you get results and feel re charged !

So if your are looking to Lose Weight,Gain Strength, or just have a little extra time on your hands, drop on by for one of our classes. We love seeing new faces and sharing a healthier happier lifestyle with them.
