- Meeting close & open networking

Everyone is welcome to bring any properties or contracts you're looking to sell and present them to the group. Our meetings are no longer dinner meetings.

      Bryan is bang on with that one as I always put credit check in my ads. I have been using for 5+ years to conduct credit checks. The credit check also shows their rental history which I cross reference with their application. If the information doesn't coincide I either decline them or question them on it.
