Thanksgiving RfR VIRTUAL Support Group Meeting

It's nearly Thanksgiving and many of us may be struggling emotionally around the holidays, so RfR is hosting an informal support group / hangout for everyone who may feel alone and need to talk. Please come as you are and drop in as needed. This meeting is open to all RfR members and will be held virtually. Attendees are welcome to share, but may also remain anonymous if they so choose.

This event is meant for support on what for some can be a challenging day. This SPECIAL Thanksgiving support group/hangout is more casual than a regular support group so it's ok if you can't stay for long or need to drop in partway through. This can be a challenging day for some, so we want to provide support to each other. Please join us!

The primary focus of a Recovering From Religion support group is to provide ongoing and personal support to individuals as they examine or let go of their religious beliefs. This transitional period is an ongoing process that can result in a range of emotions, as well as a ripple effect of consequences throughout an individual’s life. As such, the support meetings are safe and anonymous places to express these doubts, fears, and experiences without biased feedback or proselytizing.

We are here to help each other through this journey.
