• What we'll do
5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice developed by Gabrielle Roth. We will follow the map of the Rhythms to connect in to our body, mind, and soul. This class will involve dance and stillness, connection and reflection. Roth found that when people's body's are free, their minds follow. Beginners are welcome.
We have been dancing very lightly guided Sweats up to this point on Fridays. We are now going to transition into more guided classes where we explore key concepts together.

• What to bring
Wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle.
