Alice, thanks for the informative insight.  I would love to help you walk next weekend but I will be in Orlando attending a retreat for Prevent.

The last few days in Tampa have been busy, exhausting, exhilarating, memorable and moving!

I will send some of you pictures of some of the notables I was able to grab pictures with.........such as Newt; Marco; Chris Wallace w/Fox; Deneen Borelli w/Fox; Janine Turner w/Fox and talk show host/actress; Matt Kibbe and all the other well-known people who delivered wonderful speeches.        There were many great one liners & moving speeches given at convention.   This was my 4th Natl. Convention, and I do believe it was very well done, but I do believe that security was 'over-the-top', though we did get a bit of a taste of being in a bus with a 'swat-team' member, with an AK 47 laying on seat next to him............just in case someone shot at the windows of the bus we were on.            and reminding us of the 'evil' people out there to cause trouble..........

My favorites 'one liners' were: "Biden is the 'intellect' of the Democratic party"  and "We own this country".....politicians are 'our' employees and when they don't do the job we want, we get rid of them''.    Ann Romney knocked it out of the park and loved it when she mentioned that they used an 'ironing board' as their dining rm. table when they were lst married!    They truly began with NOTHING!!!  But they were brought up with good family values and principals which they have lived by thru their lives.   Romneys are truly 'giving' people.

She really "humanized" Mitt and her heartfelt speech was truly a msg. of love. Their family seemed so genuine and down-to-earth.   We truly have an outstanding slate of candidates and we all have to do our part to get them elected.     Our countries' future depends on it!  We know that!

I was able to work and talk with many international visitors to the convention, which came from Australia; Brazil; Bosnia--Herzegovina; Canada; Croatia; Finland; Georgia -- (not the state north of Fl.); Germany; Ireland; Iceland; Korea; New Zealand; Norway; Portugal; Poland; Spain; Sweden; Tanzania; Ukraine; U.K. (lots); and even Venezuela and China!    There were even more smaller countries, but don't want to bore you.............just mentioned these countries because EVERYONE whom I talked to from these countries said the same thing:
America is losing status in the world with Obama admin. in charge.  They are alienating our allies and befriending our 'enemies'......and of course, our 'enemies' continue to hate us.....such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Greece and other Muslim countries.

Romney would NEVER BOW to a Muslim dictator nor would he give more "flexibility'' to Putin in the Soviet Union; as Obama has promised when he thought the mike was off.

We know we are a country of exceptional people, but I don't believe the current regime thinks so.

Earlier this year, we all thought it might be easy to pick up the 4 seats needed to take the majority in the Senate, but then Rep. Todd Akin, who will take on Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill in Missouri, uttered the words ''legitimate rape'' and really hurt our chances, I think.

Olympia Snowe of Maine is retiring, which opens a very vulnerable seat.           And here in FL, we have a good candidate running to unseat smiley; Obama-loving Bill Nelson..........but we intend on getting the name of Connie Mack out to one and all in Brevard...........and we need your help!   We want to plaster the county with signs & literature.

We are having a walk to deliver literature and signs on Sat. Sept. 8th.

I know it is HOT and humid, but even a few hours will help.   We will have walk lists in your precincts and will be contacting independent voters as well as Republican voters.

Unfortunately, because of the holiday on Monday, 3rd; our signs & massive lit delivery will not be delivered until TUESDAY, the 4th so I will not have these things for the RLC meeting on the 3rd (yes, Labor day).      But we will have them for the 9-12 meeting on Thurs. 6th, and of course on the 8th.

Yes, its imperative that we get Romney elected, but getting a GOP Senate majority is an absolute MUST!!!!!!

Please mark your calendar to walk with us on  Super Saturday....Sept. 8th.     We will meet at the Victory Office at 9:00 a.m. which is located at 6769 N. Wickham Rd., Su. B101 in Suntree..........just north of the Fiesta Azteca Mexican Restaurant.

Please call Alice at [masked] or cell:  [masked] if you have questions about this important effort to get a clean sweep of Republicans elected in the near future!     Nov. 6th will be here before we know it, and it will take WORK to get our message out to the uninformed!

Thank you very much,     Alice

P.S.   Just in case you have not heard, FL delegation was 'penalized' by the RPOF because of changing our date; so they put the FL delegates in a hotel/resort about an hr. away.    (This is NOT where I stayed.    We stayed in an Embassy Suite right on the USF campus, close to Busch Gardens).    But the delegates/alternates were fortunate to hear a bevy of VIP's come and speak to them every day during their breakfast time.

They heard Alan West; John Bolton'; Chris Christy,(who spoke 30mins. on the "real'' Mitt Romney); Connie Mack and others.

Oh yes, gotta mention that I thought Artur Davis delivered a great speech.    He was the Democrat who introduced Obama at 2008 conven. but he has 'crossed over' to become a solid Republican now and really brought it home as to how misguided and off-track this pres. is.   He bucked the pres. on the "so called" health care law because he could see its many, many failings.         Since he is black, he made a case of saying, "Hey, I'm not with the 'other guy' anymore and there is NOTHING racist about that!           Rep.  Artur Davis is also an expert on 'voter fraud' and I wish we could get him to speak at the Constitution Dinner on Sept. 15, but I guess we already have our speakers set for that event.

Hope to see you on Mon. night, Thurs. night, or next Sat., at the Victory Office.                     Alice Kreitz
