What is your hiking experience? (e.g. how long have you been hiking, how often do you get out , where are some of your favorite places, etc.)

Updated 10/2016 - I've hiked the 115 of the 4000 footers in the Northeast. I'm a winter ADK 46r and winter Catskill 35er. Currently at 85/100 NEHH and 36/52 WAV. I've been hiking my whole life and peakbagging for 7 years. I do enjoy peakbagging but my preference is for quiet and secluded trails.

What type of hikes do you like best? (e.g. day hikes, overnight backpacks, hikes that may involve off-trail "bushwhacking", etc.)

All kinds of hiking and backpacking, you name it, I hike it.

What are your hiking goals? (e.g. just like hiking, enjoy being outdoors, looking to finish one of the "lists", etc.)

Immediate goal is finishing winter 48 and start working on winter 67. Also, enjoying redlining.

What is the most strenuous/difficult hike that you have done? What made it so tough?

Great range in ADKs is hardest I've done. Also, Presi or pemi are up there. I find the great range the hardest in the Northeast because of the terrain, it's relentless, constant scrambling and hard to get a good cadence.

Do you have any outdoor leadership experience? Would you be interested in organizing and leading your own events with the Random Hikers??

Maybe.

Introduction

I'm an avid hiker always looking to meet other like minded folk.
