How much climbing experience do you have?

I've been climbing for about 12 years including a couple of the fifty classic climbs in North America like the Petit Grepon in RMNP and Devil's Tower (Durance Route). Before moving to Alaska, I climbed widely in Rocky Mountain National Park, Eldorado Canyon, Red Rocks, Joshua Tree, Sylvan Lakes & The Needles, Arizona, and Red River Gorge (closest to my old home in Indiana). Other noteworthy mountaineering experiences include the Grand Teton (Owen-Spalding), Long's Peak (Kiener's Route), Eklutna Traverse, Bomber Traverse Plus, and Cayambe 18,996 ft.

Are you comfortable leading a climb?

Comfortable leading up to about 5.8

Do you ice-climb?

Moved to Alaska from the flatlands of central Indiana in 2008. I'm a health coach and a outdoor enthusiast that is anxious to get out just about any day that I am off work!
