This group asked that we limit our signs to the topic of universal health care. They have a right to their opinion, but they don?t own this protest. I will be there holding one of two signs. Either ?No Universal Health Care for Illegals? or ?Thank you for voting for E-Verify.? Believe it or not, Boxer recently voted to fund E-Verify permanently.

CONDUCT/SECURITY:
(1) If you see anything that doesn't feel right or a participant who has a sign that doesn't sound like one of ours or you see someone trying to goad us, point them out to a police officer and grab someone w/ a video camera.
(2) We are angry but let's use our anger creatively to get our point across. Do not give in to any attempts by infiltrators to anger you. That is what they are trying to do! Don't give them and their pals in the press the upper hand.
WHAT TO BRING: Your signs and a red T-shirt. Signs should stick to the healthcare theme. I'll be forwarding an email w/ an attachment with sample signs you can download.
Feel free to wear your own red T ?shirt but it would be awesome if you wore our Bay Area Patriots T-shirt. You can view it on www.bayareapatriots.com. Hanes Beefy T's for $15 and $20 for XXL.
There will be 3 "stations" to pick up your Ts: (1) for those who pre-ordered and pre-paid; (2) for those who pre-ordered but still need to pay and (3) for those purchasing Ts at the event.

(2) Continue to call Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein and your local congressperson and inquire about meetings with their constituents during the summer recess. So far, to the best of my knowledge, none have been scheduled yet but let's keep the pressure on.

Barbara Boxer book signing ?protest? by Conservative Forum

Info: I heard from the Conservative Forum of Silicon Valley (CFSV) that Senator Barbara Boxer is having a book signing on Saturday, August 15th at 1:00pm at Barnes and Noble, 3600 Steve ns Creek Boulevard , San Jose . Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had 1,000 protestors on the corner of Steve ns Creek Boulevard near San Tomas Expressway with signs protesting the rationing of health care with Obamacare? They encourage people to start gathering around 12:30pm, and things will disburse no later than 2:30pm.
The CFSV strongly recommends no one disturb customers of Barnes and Noble, nor confront Senator Boxer. There will be security, and any confrontation would negatively reflect on the protest. They are also strongly discouraging anyone from protesting inside the store. However, placards with messages similar to what we displayed on July 5th would be very appropriate as we greet car passersby, and accept their "thumbs-up" gestures.

Info: The American Liberty Tour is a collaborative project of the American Liberty Alliance, American Majority, and Americans for Limited Government.
The ALT crew will be stopping in 17 cities during the month long, cross country tour. Each stop will provide an opportunity for candidate training, blogger breakfast meetings, activists training and large scale Liberty Rallies.
