One big problem: December 15 is a Saturday. We may call people in
Washington, but they're not going to be there and we'll get voicemail
at best. It's a good idea, but it needs to be done on a weekday,
because otherwise no one will even know it happened until Monday, and
then the calls and emails will be mixed with two other days' worth. It
just won't be that effective.
