I'm a stalwart Ron Paul supporter, but note that this in no way confirms voter fraud.  The column in red shows how many votes the various candidates won or lost, under the assumption that the proportion of votes cast via electronic voting machines for a given candidate should be perfectly equal to the proportion of votes cast via paper ballots for that same candidate, and that any deviation from this equality represent voter fraud on part of the machines.  The author of the web page indicates this directly below the table: "*Votes are tentatively won or lost with the assumption that the machines are conferring advantages or disadvantages."  This is only an assumption for the sake of producing that column.  There are many good reasons to doubt the assumption.  In fact, it would be incredibly unlikely for the proportions to be perfectly equal. And I would suspect the electronic machines would be found more in richer/larger cities, which we might expect to vote differently than smaller/poorer cities.  Note lower down on the page the data indicates that indeed smaller cities prefer Ron Paul over larger cities.

It's not impossible that there was voter fraud, but the data on this page gives no good reason to believe there was.  Without knowing more about it, I would highly doubt significant voter fraud.

Also, be careful of your sources. The website you link to is authored by noted insane person Alex Jones.
