THE WORKSHOPS
Forge Solutions - Atlassian & Apwide
“What can I do with Forge?” Wrong…! “How can I change the world with Forge?”
There’s been some buzz lately about Atlassian’s App Platform on Cloud and folks want to know how it can help them get more out of the Atlassian Platform. From connecting systems and data, to creating greater efficiency and compliance, Forge is the key to unlock the System of Work and customize your Atlassian tooling to fit your unique work flow. And on top of that, it is a great opportunity for anyone solutions minded to unlock their technical potential with the Atlassian customisation stack.
Fresh from their recent trip to Team 25 Europe, and their double-win for both Codegeist and Apptoberfest for their Forge Apps, Apwide will be presenting all the epicness and fun that one can have with Forge in a highly stimulating manner!
To help empower them in their session, they will be joined by Bartosz of Atlassian, a true engineering legend of the Forge program, to answer any and all questions our attendees have.
And if attendees are lucky, the famous Booking Beaver will be making an appearance.
Cloud Migrations & Fast Shift Program - Atlassian & iDalko
Getting everyone fully up2speed with all the latest ins and outs of the official guide, Anna & Dan of Atlassian, supported by Roy of iDalko will be bringing all the knowledge and expertise of the Fast Shift program!

This discussion will focus on understanding the implications of the End of Life announcement for Data Center and strategising on actionable steps to take by the end of 2026 to ensure your readiness for March 2029.
This is an excellent opportunity to share your insights, learn from the expert, and network with fellow Atlassian users who are navigating similar challenges.
Don't miss this chance to contribute to, and gain from, a collaborative conversation that promises to equip you with the knowledge to future-proof your Atlassian stacks.
Bring all your questions/ideas/suggestions/concerns and more!
Metrics Anonymous - Avisi Apps
Tired of staring at numbers that tell you nothing? Join the confessional!
In this workshop, we’ll confess the metrics we secretly obsess over (tickets closed, hours billed, licenses sold) and flip them into ones that actually predict the future. Together, we’ll explore how to turn backward-looking data into forward-thinking insights — and close with a look at how we did it ourselves using the Early Value Rate (EVR).
Session flow:
Round 1 – The Confessions: Everyone shares their guilty metrics.
Round 2 – The Flip: We rewrite them into forward-looking ones.
Round 3 – The Reality Check: We ask where we’d even find this data.
Round 4 – Our Experience: We share how we created a forward-looking metric of our own!
DevEx Solutioning - Fun Inc & Friends
A Hands On Workshop: by Fun Inc & Friends
As Artificial Intelligence drives the conversation piece in nearly all tech companies across the world, and now all of those companies - like banking, automative, and more - claiming they are actually a tech or digital company, it is becoming difficult to ensure that Agile DevOps are empowered in being productive and delivering their goals and KPIs.
In this hands-on workshop, the team from Fun Inc, along with their Friends - GitKraken & Catapult Labs - demonstrate how these teams can go beyond using just a few Apps bundle together to deliver a work package, but truly find a newer level of their Developer Experience through a total solutioning package… a Solutioning Package that you can then sell to your clients!
