Join rucking expert, Renée Arn, for mileage that will help you build confidence, a resilient mindset, and friendships in a supportive community.

Rucking is walking (NOT running) with weight in a backpack (ruck) or weight vest. The health benefits include increased calorie burn (vs walking without weight), improved posture, and stronger core and posterior chain.

Renée has 10+ years of experience in rucking and has completed all levels of military-style endurance events.
