Short & Medium Albany Run + Coffee & Crepes

A fun group meets Sundays at 8 AM in Albany, at the Suzette Crepe Cafe, 1226 Solano (above Talbot). They split into a 6-8 mile run for experienced runners, and a 3 mile run/walk for beginners, all followed by coffee and crepes. They're a nice bunch and they run at an easy pace (mostly 9 to 12 minute miles) - let's join them!

    To join just come to Suzette's Crepes at 8:00 (I would come 5 minutes early) on Sunday! 3 or 7 miles - 3 is at a 12:00 per mile pace, the 7 mile runners are faster.
