Dear runner of Berkeley Running Club, please check out Cal Undergraduate Public Health Coalition's 5K charity run called the Nutty Run:

When: November 17th at 9 am in Lower Sproul

Why: To help reduce infant mortality rates in Malawi

Run for Project Peanut Butter! Project Peanut Butter is a humanitarian project focused in Malawi, a country in Southeast Africa. Using a peanut-based Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), this project has had an enormous impact on decreasing infant mortality rates in this area. Join Cal UPHC in our 5th annual Nutty Run to raise awareness for global malnutrition and funds for Project Peanut Butter.

Register on Sproul beginning Oct 29th (10-2 everyday) or online at active.com. Food will be provided on the day of the run. Raffle prizes will also be given out!
