I usually run around Horner Park and on the lakeshore trail.
I try to run for an hour each day. I would like to get to 50 miles per week.
I would like to find others to run with and lose 25 pounds. A sub 18 minute 5k would be nice too.
I have been away from competitive running and racing for 13 years. I competed hard for the previous 5 years. I'm starting over now.
I am interested in burning calories and fitting back into some smaller sized clothes. I hope to compete in some 5k races eventually.
