I live up north in ravenswood/roscoe village area and usually run around there, but I also like to run along the lake.
minimum a 2-3 miles, but would like to build myself back up to running a bit farther.
As stated above, I can do a good average for a normal workout, and would like to build my system back up to running a bit farther each time I go out.
I have been running since I have been active in athletics since I was a young girl, but like many people over time other things get in the way. however, this is something that I would love to try out and hopefully stick with for a substantial amount of time.
I have been an athlete all my life and like to stay active and in good shape. I had major knee surgery when I was 17, so I need to be able to go at my own pace, but I love to run.
